We are looking for gay owned or gay friendly apartments for the GLBT community and Allies in the Philadelphia area. This way whether you are looking for a roommate or just want to find a renter, Butch and Prissies Apartment Finder will help. B&P Apartment Finder is dedicated to list for the city and suburbs as well. We are looking for Homeowners, landlords, leasing agents, and apartment owners, that are looking for or not biased towards gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered renters and Allies for your property or properties.

How this works is, you can list for a minimal advertising fee for six months. To sign up to list, just fill out the request form, for the $100 List Fee per apartment. This advertising cost is the same rate up to 5 apartments and then the rates go down. Call for a quote if you want to list more than 5 apartments. Once you receive the invoice and we receive the payment through Paypal. We will provide you with login information and a user name to list your apartment. These are the lowest advertising costs I have found for this industry in our area. It is simple, secure, and fast! Save money on high advertising costs and finder’s fee percentages with us.
